Orlando City Soccer has become Major League Soccer's next expansion club. A new downtown stadium will be constructed and the team will begin playing in M.L.S. in 2015. Orlando City becomes the league's 21st team. It is the latest of four new clubs that the league plans to add by 2020. New York City is also getting a team in 2015.
