Bria Hartley had 20 points, 8 rebounds and 6 assists to help the No. 1 Connecticut women beat No. 3 Stanford, 76-57, in Storrs, Conn. Kiah Stokes added 13 rebounds and 6 blocks for the Huskies (2-0). The preseason all-American Kaleena Mosqueda-Lewis left the game with an arm injury. Amber Orrange scored a career-high 22 points for Stanford.
■ In men's play, Shabazz Napier put up the 10th triple-double in UConn history, leading the No. 19 Huskies to an 80-62 win over Yale. Napier had 14 points, 11 rebounds and 10 assists.
