Leaders of seven sports bodies made their pitch to the International Olympic Committee for inclusion at the 2020 Summer Games. The newly merged baseball and softball confederation is competing with karate, roller sports, squash, sport climbing, wakeboard and wushu, a martial art, for a place on the 2020 schedule. One candidate will be chosen in September.
